Clusters and Skills Sets

 AATS offers TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 4 clusters:

• Design training
• Deliver training
• Assessment
• Electives   

Cluster 1 - Design Training

This cluster consists of two units:

• TAEDES402A Use training packages and accredited courses to meet client needs
• TAEDES401A Design and develop learning programs

Cluster 2 - Deliver Training

• TAEDEL401A Plan, organise and deliver group-based learning
• TAEDEL402A Plan, organise and facilitate learning in the workplace

Cluster 3 - Assessment

• TAEASS401A Plan assessment activities and processes
• TAEASS402A Assess competence
• TAEASS403A Participate in assessment validation

Cluster 4 - Electives

• Please see the AATS websites for electives currently offered.  Your trainer will consult with you tailor your training plan to suit your study needs.

Skill Sets

Dependent on your job role, you may not be required to complete a full Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.  The completion of a Skill Sets may meet the requirements of your industry.
