The Certificate III in Education Support forms the first level of a study pathway through to Diploma in Education Support. It articulates into the Certificate IV and Diploma in Education Support.

Entry Requirements
The entry requirement for this qualification is successful completion of year 10 or its equivalent, or mature age entry. Sound levels of language, literacy and numeracy skills are desirable. Candidates entering this course are required to have, or develop throughout the course, basic computer skills.
Requirements to receive qualification
Participant undertaking the course as a Traineeship program are required to successfully complete the following to receive a Certificate III in Education Support:
- All 8 core required units, plus
- A minimum of 225 hours of elective study.
Participants undertaking the course as an Institutional Based program are required to successfully complete the following to receive a Certificate III in Education Support:
